Sofia Pellegrom, Fitness Coach
Sophia is a personal trainer, barre instructor, freelance dancer, and proud Barnard graduate originally from the Twin Cities, Minnesota. With a background in classical ballet, she enjoys a creative and form-first approach to training but was never encouraged to build strength due to the aesthetic demands of the sport. However, she soon discovered the joys of feeling powerful through strength training and never looked back. She strives to create a welcoming and encouraging environment for every person to reach their health goals and build confidence and appreciation for their own body’s potential! She’ll push you to work hard, but not without a warm Midwestern smile.
When not in the gym or dance studio, you can find Sophia experimenting with new ways to cook plants, listening to true crime podcasts, or indulging her inner Ravenclaw with books and puzzles.
