TS Live Streaming Classes


We are offering small group training via Zoom! Work out LIVE with your favorite coaches. We are able to correct form, modify workouts on the fly, and provide the same community support that you’ve come to expect at TS Fitness.

TS Tone Live - Strength and toning full body workout. Our expert coaches will take you through a series of movements to help you get stronger and build muscle tone. Dumbbells, Bands, Kettlebells and/or other resistance equipment are highly recommended for these workouts.

TS Shred Live - Endurance and calorie burning workout- Our expert coaches will take you through bodyweight exercises that will increase your endurance and keep you burning calories through the whole workout

TS Barre Live - TS Barre Live is a total-body low impact workout that uses pulsing and isometric holds. Its benefits include muscular endurance, balance, and stability. We recommend having a pair of lightweights (or a pair of cans of beans!) and a chair or wall to use for your “barre."

Month-to-Month Memberships. These memberships will keep you committed and save you money compared to our packages.

Virtual Personal Training

In addition to our TS Live Classes we offer virtual personal training with our coaches. These are 1 on 1 40-minute customized training sessions. To find out more and tell us about your goals book a consultation.
