Outdoor Small Group Training:
Outdoor Small Group training is a mix of strength and endurance training along with HIIT and Circuit Training. ith a maximum of 8 people per session, you will have your own space and your own exercise equipment.
Urban Strength is an outdoor class where we supply your own personal and sanitized resistance equipment! This class focuses on strength and power, challenging you many different ways to build muscle tone and burn calories.
