🔥 1️⃣ The “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” Blaster (Repeat for 5 mins)
⏳ 30 sec each, no rest—just vibes & sweat
- Jump Squats (get LOW, explode UP)
 - Shoulder Taps (keep that core tight!)
 - High Knees (run like you stole something)
 - Mountain Climbers (faster = spicier 🌶)
 - Bike Crunches (elbow to knee, full twist!)

- Minute 1: 10 Jump Lunges + 20 Bicycle Crunches
