By the end of the challenge, I had lost almost 9 lbs and learned some great habits that I still stick with. I feel great!

I wanted to do Balanced Habits because I knew I needed structure and guidance, as well as a plan that I felt like could work long-term. Before the program, I was inconsistent with how often I was eating as well as what I was eating. I was oftentimes picking unhealthy foods and not making great choices!

The best piece of advice I could share would be to keep it simple. For someone who doesn’t always have a ton of free time or desire/time to meal prep, I found there were so many options that were quick to pull together when I wasn’t overthinking and none required elaborate recipes to follow! Also, small changes in habits really do add up!

By the end of the challenge, I had lost almost 9 lbs and learned some great habits that I still stick with, including spacing of meals, portion sizes and making sure I’m combing my macros in each meal! I’m certainly not perfect with it but I’m more cognizant of what I’m eating!

TS is the best boutique fitness studio in town. I was introduced to the studio by their HIIT classes on ClassPass and was hooked. With a maximum of 8 people and 1 coach, you really get the 1-on-1 attention you need. The classes are an action-packed workout and the coaches are all great.

My favorite part about the studio is the Small Group Training. Each person has their own personalized workout and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable about what you’re doing. Each month, your program changes and because you track your weights and progress every class, you can really see the growth.
