They were quick to pivot so we can all continue to work out. They brought me several weights and we began training online.
They ran social events which I really looked forward to! I’ve come to know many of the trainers over the years and I could not recommend them all highly enough, they make workouts fun and engaging, and gets me motivated for the day! Thanks to them for all that they do!

I wanted to do Balanced Habits because I knew I needed structure and guidance, as well as a plan that I felt like could work long-term. Before the program, I was inconsistent with how often I was eating as well as what I was eating. I was oftentimes picking unhealthy foods and not making great choices!
The best piece of advice I could share would be to keep it simple. For someone who doesn’t always have a ton of free time or desire/time to meal prep, I found there were so many options that were quick to pull together when I wasn’t overthinking and none required elaborate recipes to follow! Also, small changes in habits really do add up!
By the end of the challenge, I had lost almost 9 lbs and learned some great habits that I still stick with, including spacing of meals, portion sizes and making sure I’m combing my macros in each meal! I’m certainly not perfect with it but I’m more cognizant of what I’m eating!

I came to TS after some very difficult times in my life. I couldn’t even walk down the street with my daughter without being out of breath. TS Fitness do not employ your typical trainers… they know how to give you a great, safe and effective workout.

Best boutique fitness studio in town. I was introduced to the studio by their HIIT classes on ClassPass and was hooked. With a maximum of 8 people and 1 coach, you really get the 1-on-1 attention you need. The classes are an action packed workout and the coaches are all great.

Love love love TS. I recently rejoined the gym and i'm wrapping up my first months program. Noam and the team created my program based on what I’d like to achieve being cognizant of previous injuries and skill level. All the coaches are knowledgeable and FUN! looking forward to my next months programming and continued to build strength!!
