FAQ

Every question we get — answered.

Programs, pricing, injuries, aging well, scheduling, the free consultation — if you're wondering about it, it's probably below. Still missing something? Ask us directly.

Getting Started

You'll sit down with a coach, walk through your goals and history, do a short movement screen, and train through a real session built for your level. No sales pitch. No contract. No pressure — just a clear plan and a feel for whether we're the right fit.

Programs & Coaching

1-on-1 is fully personalized with a dedicated coach. Small group (2–4 people) gives you individualized programming inside a small, coached environment. Group classes are coached strength + conditioning sessions of up to 10 with a structured weekly progression — not a random workout.

Who It's For

The bulk of our members are busy executives, founders, parents, and professionals in their late 30s through 60s who want efficient, structured training and real coaching — not a sweaty class or a self-directed gym.

Injuries, Pain & Aging Well

Yes. We work daily with clients managing back, knee, shoulder, hip, and post-op issues. Your coach will scale, modify, and progress everything around what your body can do today — and coordinate with your PT or doctor if needed.

Results & Expectations

Most members feel noticeably better — energy, sleep, mood, mobility — within 2–3 weeks. Visible strength and body composition changes typically show up around weeks 8–12 with consistent 2–3x/week training.

Pricing, Membership & Policies

Pricing depends on which program you choose (1-on-1, small group, or classes) and how many sessions per week. We share full pricing during your free consultation so we can match it to your goals and schedule.
