His passion for sports and fitness led him to a degree in Exercise Science / Sport & Exercise Psychology from Ithaca College. Filip approaches every goal with effective, proven, science-backed methods — and by tapping into the psychology behind the mental barriers we all face.

He's committed to pushing himself and his clients beyond what they thought possible. Outside the gym he's with family or coaching his kids on the field.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, he brings structure, grit, and consistency to every session. Outside the gym you'll find him chasing live music or recharging in nature.
