TS Fitness was founded by Noam Tamir on one idea: coach busy New Yorkers the way coaches actually train each other — with structured programming, real attention, and an environment that respects your time, your body, and your bandwidth.

Our philosophy

Training, not just working out.

"Working out" is showing up and sweating. "Training" is structured progression toward a specific outcome — strength, leanness, longevity, energy at 3 PM. We do the second one.

Every body, every history, and every calendar is different. We build programs around the person standing in front of us, then adjust every session based on what we see. No templates. No random. No guesswork.

Noam opened TS Fitness with the vision of creating a community-rich fitness environment that people really looked forward to coming to. His staff is not just made up of top-notch coaches but great people that make members feel connected and valued. Noam is inspired by getting people feeling better and accomplishing whatever goals they have. When he's not at TS Fitness, you can find him enjoying live music and spending time with his family.

After emigrating to America at age 3 from Bulgaria, Filip was raised in Queens. His passion for sports and fitness led him to a degree in Exercise Science / Sport & Exercise Psychology from Ithaca College. Filip approaches every goal with effective, proven, science-backed methods — and by tapping into the psychology behind the mental barriers we all face.

Parker has worked in the fitness industry for 5 years. After his own personal transformation with fitness, he was drawn to an environment where he could uplift and support others on their journey. When he's not working, you can find Parker in the studio creating music.

Jonathon Valentin
Fitness Coach

Jonathon became a coach to share his love for health and show people that movement is medicine. He's passionate about teaching proper form, sharing nutrition tips, and helping clients get stronger inside and out. His go-to lift is the classic bench press, his cheat-day pick is an ice cream sundae, and outside the gym you'll find him with family or a good book.

Driven by a passion for sports, people, and science, personal training quickly became Kelly's calling. With 15+ years of experience, he has worked with everyone from bodybuilders and beginners to youth athletes, busy executives, and weight-loss clients. He's committed to pushing himself and his clients beyond what they thought possible. Outside the gym he's with family or coaching his kids on the field.

Colby is all about helping clients get real results in a motivating, no-excuses environment. Having gone through his own fitness transformation, he knows what it takes and is passionate about building the discipline and confidence that carry over far beyond the gym. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he brings structure, grit, and consistency to every session. Outside the gym you'll find him chasing live music or recharging in nature.
