šŸ”„ 1ļøāƒ£ The “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” Blaster (Repeat for 5 mins)
ā³ 30 sec each, no rest—just vibes & sweat

  • Jump Squats (get LOW, explode UP)
  • Shoulder Taps (keep that core tight!)
  • High Knees (run like you stole something)
  • Mountain Climbers (faster = spicier 🌶)
  • Bike Crunches (elbow to knee, full twist!)

šŸ”„ 2ļøāƒ£ The Core & Cardio Crusher (EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute for 5 mins)

  • Minute 1: 10 Jump Lunges + 20 Bicycle Crunches
  • Minute 2: 15 Air Squats + 10 Push-Ups
  • Minute 3: 20 Mountain Climbers + 10 Sit-Ups
  • Minute 4: 10 Thrusters + 10 Plank Shoulder Taps
  • Minute 5: ALL-OUT HIGH KNEES (last push—leave it all here!)

  • 5 Jump Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups
