I’m 44, But My Biological Age is 18 (And Not Just My Maturity Level 🤪)
I recently attended the Don’t Die Summit, and let’s just say—I walked away feeling even more confident that I’m on the right track to unlocking the cheat codes to longevity.
The event was founded by Bryan Johnson, a guy on a mission to live forever (or at least make a serious run at it). There was plenty of talk about nutrition, exercise, and biohacking, but one thing really stood out…
The Biggest Key to Longevity? Sleep.
We’ve been conditioned to think that “sleep is for the weak”—but science is proving that not prioritizing sleep is actually what’s making us weak.
Johnson himself said:
🛌 “Make sleep your number one priority, and everything in your life will improve.”
And judging by the number of hands that shot up when he asked, who here tracks their sleep with a wearable? it’s clear that more people are starting to catch on.
Testing My Biological Age at the Summit
One of the coolest parts of the summit was the physical testing area, which measured:
✔ Strength
✔ Mobility
✔ Stability
✔ Reaction Time
After plugging my results into Johnson’s longevity app, I got my biological age back: 18.
(Let’s be real—it’s probably also my maturity level, but hey, I’ll take it. 😆)
What This Means for You
Taking control of your health isn’t easy.
❌ Processed foods are everywhere.
❌ We sit more than we move.
❌ Technology steals our attention—including from the sleep we desperately need.
But here’s the thing: small, consistent actions lead to big changes.
💡 My Challenge for You
Pick ONE small habit today that moves you toward a healthier life. Do it daily. Let it compound. Over time, it’ll create an impact you won’t believe.
✔ Sleep better.
✔ Move more.
✔ Eat smarter.
And maybe, just maybe, we’ll all be rocking an 18-year-old biological age together. 💪😴
Let’s get after it
