Sync up your smartwatches or fitness trackers and compete for total active minutes each week. Whoever logs the most movement wins — loser buys smoothies!

💪 March Movement Challenge
Simple but spicy: 20 push-ups and 50 bodyweight squats every day in March. Tag a friend and see who sticks with it longest.

🚶‍♂️ Office Step-Off
Start a Step Challenge at work — who can rack up the most steps during the week? Bonus points for lunchtime walking meetings or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
