14 Years Strong With TS
TS Fitness just turned 14 and I want to take a moment to reflect and celebrate with you.
I remember signing the lease like it was yesterday—unaware of what it would truly take to run a business on my own. I had experience managing a fitness department, but this was a whole new world. My first contractor walked off the job mid-project because his wife left him and he had a drinking problem!
I remember the first person that I hired, our very first team meeting, and the moment we made the pivotal shift from large group classes to small group training. That decision would ultimately define our service and shape the community we’ve built and nurtured for over a decade.
Like any great journey, ours hasn’t always been easy. We’ve had our share of struggles—whether it was navigating uncertain times, adapting to new trends, or simply trying to keep up with the ever-changing world around us. But through it all, we’ve remained consistent with one thing: our purpose.
From day one, our mission has been to empower people to become stronger—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. And that mission hasn’t wavered.
What’s allowed us to keep showing up, growing, and thriving is our willingness to adapt. We’ve evolved our training methods, improved our systems, and stayed responsive to what our community needs. Because that’s what a great business does—it listens, it learns, and it leads with heart.
We’re not just here to run workouts. We’re here to build a lifestyle, to create real relationships, and to help our members become the best versions of themselves—one rep, one goal, one breakthrough at a time.
Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next 14!
